Youll be making a real difference and helping us build something great.QualificationsExperience: 2-3 years in HR Operations (bonus points if its in a fast-paced startup).Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business, Strategy or something equally cool.Skills:Expert in onboarding, documentation, and all things HR operations.An eagle eye for detail you catch the things everyone else misses.Can juggle multiple tasks while still nailing them all.Solid with HR systems and Excel (you know your VLOOKUPs from your pivot tables).A data junkie comfortable with reports and using numbers to make decisions.Awesome communication and people skills.Super adaptable you thrive in fast-moving, ever-changing environments.Knowledge of labor laws and compliance is a huge plus.
