The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including but not limited to payroll processing, benefits administration, employee relations, and HRIS management. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, calculation of wages, and ensuring compliance with payroll regulations.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and inquiries.
• Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity.
• Assist with HR reporting and analytics to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications:

• MBA in HR
• 2+ years of experience in HR operations or related roles.
• Strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
