:People Operations Analyst - Hybrid (Bangalore)This role is a 1 year contract role - with the opportunity to convert to permanent employee.The People Operations team works collaboratively across HR and other functional areas to provide superior employee & manager experiences that better enable the future of work and help differentiate Omnicell as an employer of choice. The People Operations Analyst is responsible for delivering support to the business throughout the employee lifecycle as well as recommending process improvements to ensure our People Operations team is functioning efficiently and proficiently. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and detail oriented, with a positive attitude and strong critical thinking skills.Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality functional People Operations support that provides a compelling employee and manager user experience
• Recommend program-wide process improvement with an eye toward scalability for a rapidly growing global company
• Maintain data integrity for HRIS records by overseeing, entering, and auditing employee life-cycle transactions
• Contribute to a positive onboarding experience for new employees
• Take initiative to respond to, resolve, follow up on and escalate, as necessary, all inquiries from employees or other stakeholders in a timely manner
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
• 3 years of HR/People Operations experience or related customer service experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Fusion) or other cloud-based HRIS
• Experience with HR/People Operations teams (running transaction/process-oriented aspects of HR/People organizations)
• Working knowledge of various HR functional areas
• Knowledge of global, federal and state laws pertaining to employment and labor, privacy and other compliance protocols
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel
