Most problems they handle require standard solutions. They may manage small projects with oversight from their supervisor

• Acts as point person with HR generalists / HRBPs and other departments to resolve complex data, system or employee issues. Coordinates with line management, HR generalists and/or HRBP on site-specific project work. May interact with internal and external clients and vendors. Participates on crossfunctional teams.

Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience.Advanced understanding of HR policies, practices and administrative guidelines. Advanced client service skills, including ability to handle issues in a timely and professional manner. Advanced PC and MS Office application skills. Advanced project and time management skills. Ability to work independently and with a team as needed. Ability to support multiple locations on-site or remotely. Strong client service, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong project management skills. Strong analytical and Excel skills. Strong presentation and organization skills . Demonstrated ability to work with global teams. Adaptable to change and engage in a positive outlook.
