• Acts as point person with HR generalists / HRBPs and other departments to resolve complex data, system or employee issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinates with line management, HR generalists and/or HRBP on site-specific project work. \xe2\x80\xa2 May interact with internal and external clients and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participates on crossfunctional teams.

Typically requires 4-6 years relevant experience.Advanced understanding of HR policies, practices and administrative guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced client service skills, including ability to handle issues in a timely and professional manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced PC and MS Office application skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Advanced project and time management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently and with a team as needed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to support multiple locations on-site or remotely. Strong client service, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong oral and written communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong project management skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and Excel skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong presentation and organization skills . \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrated ability to work with global teams. Adaptable to change and engage in a positive outlook.
