### Job Title: HR Operations Specialist

#### Job Summary:

The HR Operations Specialist manages HR administrative functions, ensuring compliance, maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and handling Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), and other compliance matters.

#### Key Responsibilities:

1. •Employee Records:• Maintain and update employee records.

2. •Payroll:• Process and manage payroll, address queries.

3. •Compliance:• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.

4. •PF and ESIC:• Manage PF and ESIC registrations, contributions, and returns.

5. •Benefits:• Administer employee benefits programs.

6. •HR Support:• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 per month

• Morning shift

Experience:

• PF/ESIC/Payroll/ On-boarding/Exit formalities: 1 year (Required)
