Job Description


:As an HR Specialist in our manufacturing plant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring efficient and effective HR operations. Your primary responsibilities will focus on time and attendance management, trainee recruitment, and HR MIS (Management Information System) report management. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Time and Attendance Management:

  • Monitor and oversee the time and attendance system for all plant employees.
  • Ensure accurate recording of attendance, including tracking overtime, leave balances, and adherence to company policies.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to attendance promptly and professionally.
Trainee Recruitment:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify trainee needs across various departments.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for trainee positions.
  • Coordinate the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' suitability for trainee roles.
HR MIS Report Management:
  • Generate and analyze HR reports using the Management Information System (MIS).
  • Compile data on key HR metrics such as attendance, turnover rates, training effectiveness, etc.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all HR reporting activities.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures specific to the manufacturing environment.
  • Support employee relations initiatives, including handling grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members on projects and initiatives to improve HR processes and employee engagement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (X years) in HR roles with exposure to time and attendance management, recruitment, and HR reporting in a manufacturing setting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis).
