1.Responsible for Recruitment and Selection procedure of employees as required & share feedback to the Senior Authorities for final Selection.
2.Preparing Appointment, Confirmation, Extension Letters etc., Service Agreements, MIS and all other HR records as needed.
3.Conducting exit round of Interview for the resigned employees.
4.Responsible for Induction training of new employees (Nichelon5CMS) & also for routine assignment and training related to admin SOPs.
5.Tracking, updating and maintaining employees personnel records related to Admin SOPs.
6.Responsible for Payroll Management & Leave management system.
7.Preparation of Full & final settlement of employees.
8.Processing the Loan & Advance application as per approval from higher management.
9.To handle the grievances of employees, escalating to the committee and taking appropriate action as per instruction.
10.To handle the indiscipline issues and taking appropriate action as per policy.
11.Preparing and Implementation of Forms, Formats and Policies based on company requirements.
12.To ensure that employee & security follow time schedule as per company policy.
13.To maintain and keep records of company policies and procedures as needed.
14.To ensure the compliances with factory, labour laws and all other statutory compliance i.e. PF, ESIC etc. including all Govt. Registers & Returns.
15.Responsible to handle QAMS & DMS software for review & approval of HR documents.
