Job description •
Plan, implement and manage the overall Talent Acquisition strategy
Provide counselling and support on policies and procedures
Perform duties such as job descriptions, job posting and promotion and hiring analytics
Identified KPIs for HR department
Plan and implement training programs on TNI based.
Assist in performance management and employee evaluation
Good knowledge of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.
Liaising with Govt. authority i.e Labour, Pollution deptt. ,PF & ESI etc.
Proficient in MS Office and experience of working in SPINE HRMS environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
