  • Supporting and executing task, activities of HR & Admin function:
  • Responsible for handling start to end Recruitment process, onboarding & joining formalities, induction and placement to concerned dept.
  • Responsible for employee development initiatives, addressing & resolving employee grievances, documentation and administrative support for International travel for employees
  • Data preparation for financial audits, checking and approving travel settlements, expense vouchers.
  • Support for annual HR & Admin budgeting task with data
  • Follow up with internal stake holders for TNI, competency framework, PMS, monthly time & attendance etc.
  • Compliance related to labour laws, follow up with Govt authorities for labour law compliance
  • Compliance of ISO documentation related to HR & Admin
  • Handling administrative task, house keeping, canteen, travel desk & Hospitality, Invoice processing related to Administration, events for employees, office stationery purchase and distribution, etc.
  • Coordination with external stake holders for desired deliverables: Insurance, canteen, transporter, contractors for Pest control/labour supply, security etc
  • Task can be reviewed and modified as per business need
