They are a leading talent acquisition software company revolutionizing the recruitment industry.Job Summary:The HR & Office Administrative Strategist is responsible for leading all aspects of human resources and office administration for their new office in Gurugram, India. This role serves as a strategic partner, providing HR expertise and support to drive organizational effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, this position manages the day-to-day operations of the branch office, ensuring a professional and well-organized work environment.Key Responsibilities:Human resources management:Implement local HR policies, and programs that support the branch\'s business objectivesManage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and separationServe as a trusted advisor and executer on complex local employee relations issuesIn charge of the administration of benefits, payroll, and other HR-related processesMaintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulationsBe the point of contact for local HR related vendors to make sure all the process are smoothOffice Administration:Manage the branch\'s office operations, including procurement of supplies and equipment, vendor relationships, and facilities maintenanceAct as the main point of contact for general inquiries, providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersImplement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and organized work environmentSupport special projects and events as needed to contribute to the overall success of the branchQualifications:Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in a combined HR and administrative role, preferably in a multi-site or decentralized organizationDemonstrate hungry and proactive attitude, and willingness to accept new challengesStrong understanding of HR best practices, local employment laws, and regulatory complianceExcellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, English proficiencyProficient in the use of HR information systems and standard office softwareAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlinesDemonstrated experience in project management and process improvementOnsite Working from Monday to Friday required in Gurugram office required.Compensation & Benefits: * Salary range: $35,000 USD up to $40,000 USD annually, based on experience
