Job Position: HR / Office Admin Qualification : Graduate with 0\xe2\x80\x931-year work experience as an Office Admin. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
  • Helping maintain workplace security and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  • Preparing meeting and training rooms.
  • Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Maintaining attendance log, files, records and documents as required.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
  • Sorting and distributing mail.
  • Keeping track of office supplies and other housekeeping items.
  • Scheduling appointments as requested by manager
  • Staff announcements
  • Ability to read and write emails and speak English and Tamil.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate with 0\xe2\x80\x931-year work experience as an Office Admin.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in computers and Microsoft Office.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 per month Schedule:
  • Day shift
