Shop LC, US employs approx. 550 people in operations such as warehousing, customer service, merchandising, marketing, eCom, Marketplaces, Live Studio. The HR MIS is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining HR Management Information Systems (MIS) and
databases. The role will require someone who is detail-oriented, has a strong analytical mind, and possesses the ability to
present complex data in a simplified and understandable format. The HR MIS Analyst will provide reports, analysis, and insights
to the HR department, senior management, and other stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and continuously improve HR Management Information Systems (MIS) and databases.
• Create and distribute HR reports on a regular basis, including headcount, turnover, and performance metrics.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with HR teams to understand their data needs and provide recommendations on how to improve data quality and consistency.
• Provide support to HR teams by responding to ad-hoc requests for data, analysis, and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple HR systems.
• Perform data validation, cleaning, and maintenance activities to ensure the integrity of the data.
• Identify areas for process improvement and develop and implement solutions to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
