We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR MIS Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analyzing HR data, generating reports, and supporting HR operations with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Management:
• Collect, compile, and maintain HR data from various sources.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR databases.
• Reporting:
• Generate regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support decision-making.
• Prepare and present data summaries to HR and management teams.
• HR Systems:
• Manage HR Management Information Systems (MIS) and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR software and tools.
• Compliance:
• Ensure data privacy and compliance with legal and company policies.
• Prepare reports for audits and compliance checks.
• Support HR Operations:
• Provide data support for HR activities such as recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Assist in the development and improvement of HR processes and policies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR data management and reporting.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with HR analytics and metrics.
