Being a hard-working self-taught problem solver will help you succeed in HR Marketing.If this sounds like you, read on!General HR Marketing Expectations:Strategic Thinker: Understanding the bigger picture of Chillibreeze and aligning their efforts to both the company culture and HR goals, while also considering the public image of the company.Public Relations: Ability to proactively connect with public institutions, organizations, and stakeholders and manage communication between Chillibreeze and its publics, build and maintain a positive image, handle crisis situations, and foster mutually beneficial relationships.HR Recruiting: Trained in the Chillibreeze way of Interview and Selection.

  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a fair and consistent selection process.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Recruitment and Event Planning: Represent the organization positively to external candidates and promote the employer brand through any organized company events. Ability to proactively plan, organize, coordinate and oversee Recruitment Drives and other company events.Creativity: Developing innovative PR campaigns that lead to relationships with the public by capturing the audience\'s attention, differentiate the brand, and positively portray the company especially for recruiting purposes.Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is vital for recruiting and conveying brand messages, engaging with employees, potential hires, the public, and collaborating with team members.Execution Skills: Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job portals, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify potential candidates. They should also be proficient in HR systems and Microsoft PowerPoint as a corporate communication tool. An HR marketer who also creates graphics would be a PLUS point.Adaptability: The marketing and HR landscapes are constantly evolving. HR marketers must be adaptable, willing to learn new productivity tools, AI trends and technologies, and adjust strategies accordingly.Ethical and Legal Awareness: HR marketers must adhere to ethical standards and legal regulations and employment laws.Eligibility:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.Salary:
  • If this is your first job the starting salary after appointment ranges from: 20,000 - 25,000 per month.
  • If you have HR or Marketing experience, we will share our salary slabs in the interview process.
Commitment:
3 Years minimum
