  • Ensuring a flawless recruitment and selection process like jobposting, identifying the right talent, interview references checks, preparing weekly status of recruitment & placement, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Salary negotiation with shortlist candidates and making them aware of the compensation structure & increment policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Leave no stone unturned in ensuring smooth joining formalities, on-boarding, induction, training and development, handling day to day employee issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaisoning with the partnered bank for salary account openings and also, informing bank authorities about resigned &terminated employees. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating with admin as well as IT to facilitate newbie\xe2\x80\x99s. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the database for annual review and the yearly performance appraisal analysis. \xe2\x80\xa2 Attending to employee grievances and complaints concerning attendance, compensation and other issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting exit interviews, analysis attrition data and partnering with senior management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Laying a great deal of emphasis on developing HR processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Inculcating a culture of recognition by driving fair rewards and recognition programs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Composing the new appraisal forms by coordinating with the department heads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Drafting increment letters & preparing new salary structure by working closely with the accounts department & HOD. \xe2\x80\xa2 Acting as one point of contact for all administrative matters like time-keeping and attendance, canteen management, maintenance, upkeep and repairs of company assets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing monthly payroll statement preparation of employees of across all branches. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recognizing trustworthy and cost-effective vendors for various services as well as releasing purchase order and handling purchase of materials. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting several campus interviews across India recruiting for the various positioned from technical and non-technical.\xe2\x9e\xa2 Team Management \xe2\x9e\xa2 Recruitment & Selection \xe2\x9e\xa2 Knowledgeable to all HR Systems \xe2\x9e\xa2 Employee Relations \xe2\x9e\xa2 Manpower Planning \xe2\x9e\xa2 Compensation & Benefits \xe2\x9e\xa2 Employee Issues & Feedback Evaluation \xe2\x9e\xa2 MS-Office Proficient \xe2\x9e\xa2 On Boarding, Induction & Joining formalities \xe2\x9e\xa2 Strategic Planning \xe2\x9e\xa2 Policy Derivation & Execution \xe2\x9e\xa2 Liaisoning worklike Gratuity,Pf,Esic,Form 14,Form 12, Maternity Benefits,Bonus, and etc
