Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. This role is located in Patna and requires on-site presence.
Qualifications
• Experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
