HR Manager Experience: 5 - 10 years Salary: 4,80,000 - 5,40,000 LPA Location: Ghaziabad We are urgently hiring for \xe2\x80\x9cHR Manager\xe2\x80\x9d for Head Office. He will be responsible for Employee Appraisal, Formulation of HR Policy, Training, Recruitment for Blue Collar and White Collar (Domestic and Overseas). Job responsibilities: - Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment. In-depth knowledge of current recruitment trends, best practices, and relevant statutory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers. Facilitate the selection and decision-making process which may include reference checks and background screenings. Utilize various sourcing channels - job portal, social media, professional networks, etc., to identify and engage potential candidates. Proficient in using MS Office & Outlook. Strong interviewing and assessment skills, with the ability to evaluate candidates\' technical and soft skills effectively. Skills & Requirement: - Minimum 5-8 years of experience working as a HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role into Manufacturing Industry. Should have experience in Blue Collar & White Collar recruitment. Proficient with all recruitments activities (e.g recruiting, interviewing, screening and evaluating). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 940,000.00 - 945,000.00 per month Benefits:
