This includes talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws.The IR Manager is responsible for managing industrial relations functions within the organization. This includes maintaining good relationships with labor unions, handling collective bargaining, managing conflict resolution, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations and collective agreements.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement industrial relations strategies, policies, and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for labor unions and employee representatives.
Negotiate collective bargaining agreements with unions.
Handle grievances and disputes in a fair and timely manner.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
Provide guidance and support to management on IR matters.
Conduct research and analysis on labor market trends, labor laws, and best practices.
Facilitate communication between employees, management, and unions.
Develop and deliver training programs on industrial relations practices.
