We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. The ideal candidate will be strategic yet hands-on, with a strong ability to manage the day-to-day HR operations while contributing to the overall growth and success of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Nurture a positive working environment and promote company culture
• Handle disciplinary matters, working closely with management and legal counsel when necessary
Requirements:
• Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive roles
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Degree in Human Resources or related field; Master's degree preferred
Additional Information: This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. The HR Manager will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
