Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at VMS Events. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations in the company. This includes recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, policy implementation, and HR compliance.

Minimum exp:- 7+ years

Preferred Skills:(must)

• Experience with event staffing and managing seasonal or contract workers.
• Understanding of the unique challenges and demands of the event industry.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding process
• Ability to manage employee relations and address HR issues
• Knowledge of performance management and training and development
• Understanding of HR policies and ability to implement them effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of HR compliance and legal requirements
• Experience in the events or marketing industry is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?800,000.00 per year
