You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage the recruitment and selection process \xef\x82\xb7 Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital \xef\x82\xb7 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization \xef\x82\xb7 Nurture a positive working environment \xef\x82\xb7 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance \xef\x82\xb7 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs \xef\x82\xb7 Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Requirements \xef\x82\xb7 Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive \xef\x82\xb7 People oriented and results driven \xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of HR systems and databases \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills \xef\x82\xb7 Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company \xef\x82\xb7 In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelors/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources or related field Job Type: Full-time Salary: 915,000.00 - 920,000.00 per month Schedule:
