As the HR Manager you will oversee all aspects of human resources management for the organization, with a focus on manufacturing operations, export activities, and audit compliance. Your role involves developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the company\'s objectives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and coordinate audit activities. The HR Manager plays a critical role in fostering a positive work culture, attracting and retaining talent, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Planning:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals, manufacturing operations, export requirements, and audit compliance.
Participate in strategic planning and forecasting to anticipate HR needs and support business growth and expansion plans.
Recruitment and Staffing:
Oversee the recruitment process for manufacturing and export roles, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, both locally and internationally, ensuring compliance with immigration and visa regulations.
Employee Relations:
Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment-related matters.
Performance Management:
Implement performance management processes for manufacturing and export teams, including goal setting, performance evaluations, feedback sessions, and development plans.
Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and drive performance excellence across the organization.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and capabilities in manufacturing, export, and audit compliance.
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support employee development and career growth.
Compensation and Benefits:
Manage the administration of compensation and benefits programs for manufacturing and export employees, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct salary reviews, administer bonuses, incentives, and employee insurance plans as per company policies and budgets.
Audit Coordination:
Coordinate audit activities related to HR processes, including internal audits, external audits, and compliance reviews.
Ensure HR policies, practices, and records comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and audit recommendations.
HR Administration and Compliance:
Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and employment contracts, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employment, health and safety, export controls, and audit requirements.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and job satisfaction across manufacturing, export, and audit teams.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and events to foster a positive work culture and sense of belonging.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in manufacturing & export environments.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, regulations, and audit compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, drive change, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in HRIS software, MS Office suite, and other HR tools.
Working Conditions:
Office-based work environment with occasional travel to manufacturing facilities, export locations, and audit sites.
