Position Overview:


The Learning and Development (L&D) Backoffice Operations Manager at Atos is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational activities related to the company's learning and development programs. This role requires a deep understanding of backoffice operations, training processes, and a focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the L&D function within the organization.




Key Responsibilities:




1. Operational Management:


• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the L&D backoffice, ensuring smooth functioning of administrative tasks, record-keeping, and logistics related to training programs.




2. Process Improvement:


• Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to streamline backoffice operations, including the use of technology and automation where applicable.




3. Data Management:


• Manage and maintain accurate training records, employee learning progress, and other relevant data to ensure compliance and reporting requirements are met.




4. Vendor Management:


• Coordinate with external vendors and partners for training materials, tools, and resources, ensuring that services are delivered as per the agreed terms and conditions.




5. Team Leadership:


• Lead and manage a team of backoffice staff, providing guidance, support, and training as necessary to ensure high performance and adherence to organizational standards.




6. Compliance and Quality Assurance:


• Ensure that all training activities comply with relevant regulations and quality standards, and implement measures to continuously monitor and improve the quality of L&D backoffice operations.




7. Stakeholder Engagement:


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR, business unit leaders, and other relevant departments, to understand training needs and align backoffice operations with organizational objectives.




8. Reporting and Analysis:


• Generate reports and conduct analysis on L&D backoffice activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.




Qualifications and Skills:




• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.


• Proven experience in backoffice operations management, preferably within a learning and development or HR context.


• Strong understanding of training processes, learning management systems, and administrative functions related to L&D.


• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.


• Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.


• Knowledge of industry best practices for compliance, quality assurance, and process improvement.




Skills Required


Recommended:


• Prior working experience in SAP SuccessFactors
+ Minimum of 2 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, including hands-on design and configuration
• Strong understanding of implementation strategy approaches and leading practices for different work streams


• Working experience with any of the ITSM tools, they help infrastructure and operations teams to manage IT support services


• Basic understanding/ working experience in automation, transition, and managing shared services


• Prior working experience with clients on business requirements performing fit-gap analysis between vendor requirements and standard SuccessFactors Solution



Good to have:


• To be Techno-Functional, understanding their chosen functional area such as different sub-components within HR


• Overview/ basics of Cloud offerings, Integrations, and solutions. Integrations with 3rd party applications are always in demand.
