•We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead our human resources team. The candidate should have working experience in Textile industry others need not to apply.•

•Candidate ready to relocate Erode / Bhavani / SIPCOT perundurai•

•Candidate should have speaking knowledge in HINDI language.•

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers
• Experience in PMS process
• Maintain employee relations
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
• Analyze HR data and provide insights to management on HR trends and metrics

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or MSW
• Minimum 15 years of experience in HR management for HR manager
• Minimum 10 years of experience for Deputy/ Assistant manager
• Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights to management
