Job description Full job description Full - HR 1. As a HR , you will be responsible for overseeing our HR processes and maintaining accurate book keeping records. 2. Your proficiency in Excel is very important. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, Welfare activities, refreshment activities, benefit program, appraisals, Leave management, Pay roll management and performance management.
  • Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation. Nurture a positive working environment
  • Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
  • Keep records and reports up to date, organize and schedule meetings and events and overall co ordinations and Preparation of presentations for meeting.
  • Handle full-cycle accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, Issuing Invoices, Receipts, keep track of pending payments and general ledger maintenance.
  • Utilize your CRM expertise to optimize and automate HR and Book keeping processes.
  • Manage data in spreadsheets and reports. Creating clear and concise reports.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, tax regulations, and financial standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR strategies with overall business goals.
Qualifications:
  • Degree/Master\'s degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven minimum of 2 years+ of experience in HR role.
  • Proficiency in using any CRM software and Excel for HR and basic book keeping purposes.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
