We are seeking a qualified and experienced HR Manager to oversee human resources operations specifically tailored to Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the unique needs of BPO and RPO operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of HR practices in outsourcing environments, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of BPO and RPO operations. \xc2\xb7 Design and execute recruitment and onboarding processes tailored to attract and retain top talent for BPO and RPO functions. \xc2\xb7 Oversee employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement activities. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with operations teams to ensure workforce planning and staffing levels meet the demands of BPO and RPO projects. \xc2\xb7 Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures compliant with relevant laws and regulations, while also addressing the unique needs of outsourcing environments. \xc2\xb7 Lead training and development initiatives to enhance the skills and capabilities of BPO and RPO employees. \xc2\xb7 Manage compensation and benefits programs to remain competitive within the industry and support employee retention efforts. \xc2\xb7 Provide guidance and support to managers and team leaders on HR-related matters, including performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and career development. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate interventions. \xc2\xb7 Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in BPO and RPO HR management, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. : \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience (X years) as an HR Manager or similar role in a BPO, RPO, or outsourcing environment. \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations applicable to BPO and RPO operations. \xc2\xb7 Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate across all levels of the organization. \xc2\xb7 Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. \xc2\xb7 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on driving results and continuous improvement. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. \xc2\xb7 Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required. \xc2\xb7 Experience working in a multicultural environment or managing diverse teams is a plus.
