Designation: HR ManagerMinimum Experience: 2 yearsSalary Range: 25000-35,000 P.m.Location: Vesu, SuratRoles/Responsibilities:\xe2\x97\x8f Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.\xe2\x97\x8f Fulfilling recruitment by arranging interviews through portals and agencies.\xe2\x97\x8f Manage employee Salary & other compliances.\xe2\x97\x8f Presenting employee related issues to the Management if any and timely resolving it.\xe2\x97\x8f Managing General Administration work.\xe2\x97\x8f Aligning Organizational goals to the HR dept. and strategizes the future development work.\xe2\x97\x8f Managing a healthy work environment, draft policy, formats, letters & processes.\xe2\x97\x8f Forecasting & Mapping employees, organization structure regularly.\xe2\x97\x8f Budgeting Human resource department in all the domains and implementing as per calendar plan.\xe2\x97\x8f Ensuring PMS is executed for appraisals.\xe2\x97\x8f Coordinating between HODs to understand challenges and overcome them with help of win-win process.\xe2\x97\x8f Being a business partner in a company and giving valuable inputs towards training and retaining employees and make ensure the new joiner gets proper induction training, departmental training & all the other training which are required.\xe2\x97\x8f Being a change agent and bringing required change wherever necessary in HR perspective.\xe2\x97\x8f Monitoring employee performance.Skills:\xe2\x97\x8f Should be a Self-motivator.\xe2\x97\x8f Should have extremely good communication skill and interpersonal skills\xe2\x97\x8f Proven experience as HR Manager or other HR position\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus\xe2\x97\x8f Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities\xe2\x97\x8f Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude\xe2\x97\x8f Strong ethics and reliabilityEducation: Min.
