Presenting employee related issues to the Management if any and timely resolving it. Managing General Administration work. Aligning Organizational goals to the HR dept. and strategizes the future development work. Managing a healthy work environment, draft policy, formats, letters & processes. Forecasting & Mapping employees, organization structure regularly. Budgeting Human resource department in all the domains and implementing as per calendar plan. Ensuring PMS is executed for appraisals. Coordinating between HODs to understand challenges and overcome them with help of win-win process. Being a business partner in a company and giving valuable inputs towards training and retaining employees and make ensure the new joiner gets proper induction training, departmental training & all the other training which are required. Being a change agent and bringing required change wherever necessary in HR perspective. Monitoring employee performance.Skills: Should be a Self-motivator. Should have extremely good communication skill and interpersonal skills Proven experience as HR Manager or other HR position Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude Strong ethics and reliabilityEducation: Min.
