Required: HR Manager - AT Surat LOCATIONAbout the Company- Waste RecyclingExperience of at least 5+ years as an HR Manager(Preferably from - a ( Waste Recycling )Prior experience in the manufacturing industry requiresLocation - Surat ( Kim )SALARY - 50k-60k per month:The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementingthe organization\'s recruitment and policy strategies.Roles andResponsibilities:\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent\xef\x82\xb7 Manage the full cycle of recruitment including job postings, candidatescreening, interviews, reference checks, and job offers.\xef\x82\xb7 Able to handle the situation with a neutral and logical mindset.\xef\x82\xb7 Able to think of varioussolutions to solve issues.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures toensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and to meetthe needs of the organization.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees andmanagement.\xef\x82\xb7 Participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as assigned.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, jobboards, and other recruiting sources.\xef\x82\xb7 Develop and deliver training programs for employees andmanagement on skill-based jobs.\xef\x82\xb7 Identify and implement employee development programs toimprove retention and employee satisfaction.\xef\x82\xb7 Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy.\xef\x82\xb7 Managing Salary and Compliance on time with recent amendmentsSoftware Skills:\xef\x82\xb7 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint )\xef\x82\xb7 Experience with regard to HRMS softwareAPPLY NOW - WHATSAPP CV - 9619789053
