We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will play a key role in managing and implementing HR initiatives, policies, and programs to support Wilton\'s business objectives and ensure a high level of employee engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee grievances, concerns, and inquiries.
Implement and maintain fair and consistent HR policies and procedures.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, conflict resolution, and team-building initiatives.
Performance Management:
Oversee performance review processes to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Compliance and Legal:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to maintain Wilton\'s competitive edge.
HR Administration:
Manage HRIS and maintain accurate employee records.
Handle payroll processing and benefits administration in collaboration with finance department.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or HR certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
