Sree Enterprises is into business of 3PL, warehousing, transportation and C&F services. We are looking for an HR manager mainly for recruiting of staff, interviewing candidates, placing them in job roles within our company and monitoring their progress. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Need to interview candidates in various roles like warehouse supervisor, executive, date entry operator, manager, reverse logistics incharge, transport supervisor for our business. 2. Post jobs on indeed and other job websites and shortlist relevant candidates. 3. Coordinate with our warehouse managers and find out vacancies and hire staff accordingly. 4. Find out the budget for each job role either from manager or from MD. 5. Call candidates over phone or in-person interview. 6. Check if any existing employees can refer candidates. 7. Interview candidates who just come for jobs to warehouses. 8. After shortlisting their salaries, negotiate their salaries so that they best suit our needs. 9. Need to prepare a database of candidates. 10. Attend regular meetings or video calls and explain progress. 11. After hiring candidates, take care of their well being, find out how they are doing and motivate them. 12. Travel to other warehouse locations and meet warehouse managers.
