Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Manager to oversee human resource functions for Amadora Gourmet Ice Cream Pvt. Ltd. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role will ensure that the restaurant team is motivated, skilled, and aligned with the companyxe2x80x99s values and goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing:
  • Lead the recruitment process for front-line staff, kitchen staff, and management roles.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and onboarding processes.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Training & Development:
  • Identify training needs and implement programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
  • Organize regular training on customer service, food safety, and other essential operational procedures.
  • Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance appraisal process for all staff.
  • Implement performance improvement plans and recognition programs.
  • Compliance & Legal:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with audits as needed.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Organize team-building events and reward programs.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate disbursements.
  • Manage employee benefits programs (insurance, leave policies, etc.).
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably within the QSR or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office.
