Job Summary for HR and ADMIN MANAGER This is a Generalist HR Manager Role; but should have strong exposure to Recruitment - Pan India. Should be willing to go an extra mile when it comes to challenges. Mindset of a startup culture will be a great advantage. Around 5 years of experience will be a better fit. This position will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Supervisory Responsibilities: * Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department. * Oversees the daily workflow of the department. * Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. * Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. Role & Responsibilities * Managing the entire Recruitment and Selection Process * Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy * Adherence to all the HR Compliance, Policies and Payroll Processes (Comp & Ben) * Manage the Performance Management System and Performance Appraisal System * Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues * Develop and monitor overall HR Strategies, Reward Systems, tactics and procedures across the organization * Nurture a positive working environment and employee engagement * Streamline HR Processes and build a solid HR department to function effectively * Ensure legal/statutory compliance throughout human resource management * This role also responsible for office administration (monitor employee timings and monthly expense, bills etc) Candidate Profile: * 3-5 years of progressive HR experience * Bachelors or Masters degree in related field * Experience in an start-up environment * Knowledge on Experience in Technical Recruitment * Experience in Conducting HR Round, Salary Negotiations, Grievance Handling, Appraisals, Exit Interviews * Experience in office Administration tasks * Knowledge of Social Media Hiring would be a plus * International exposure (Japan, Dubai, Singapore, ...) would be a plus * Experience and knowledge of various Indian labour laws and statutory compliance * Must have successful track record working in a team environment * Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively, while ensuring a high level of accuracy and organization and attention to detail * We seek bright, positive and flexible people who also: o Act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavours o Display confidence to interact with seniors / managers o Express a strong desire to work in a team o Demonstrate the ability and initiative to handle increasing responsibility over timeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per yearSchedule:
