Post - HR Manager

Job Responsibilites:-

1) Identifying staffing needs, recruiting candidates, conducting interviews, and selecting suitable candidates.

2) Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and managing performance improvement plans.

3) Addressing employee grievances, mediating conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment.

4) Identifying training needs, organizing training sessions, and promoting employee development initiatives

.5) Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining employee records, and overseeing health and safety policies.

6) Creating and updating HR policies and procedures.

7) Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Handling employee disputes and fostering a harmonious work environment.At least 6 years of experience in the HR segment (Preferably the machinery/factory industry).
