Responsibilities:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies and procedures.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels (e.g., job portals, social media, networking).
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
• Employee Relations:
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues.
• Resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and timely manner.
• Promote positive employee relations through proactive communication and engagement initiatives.
• Performance Management:
• Develop and implement performance management systems.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop strategies to improve employee performance and productivity.
• Training and Development:
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Design and deliver training sessions on various HR topics (e.g., diversity and inclusion, leadership development).
• Support managers in developing their team members through coaching and mentoring.
• Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
• Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits.
• HR Administration:
• Oversee daily HR activities and operations.
• Maintain employee records and HR information systems.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and in compliance with legal requirements.
• Strategic Planning:
• Partner with senior management to develop HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
• Analyze trends and metrics to inform HR decisions and strategies.
• Identify and implement improvements to HR processes and practices.
