Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Staffing:
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and job boards.
• Employee Relations:
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• To handle employee grievance and taking care of disciplinary action as and when required.
• Performance Management:
• Implement performance appraisal systems and processes. To draft KRAs for new joiners and conduct monthly KRA review of all employees.
• Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues. Conduct Annual PMS.
• Identify and address performance gaps through training and development programs.
• Training and Development:
• Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs on regular interval through feedback forms and assessment tests and make necessary adjustments.
• Knowledge of NATS and NAPS processes to enroll apprentice.
• Benefits Administration:
• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, ESI, EPF etc.
• Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and handle employee inquiries.
• Conduct benefits orientations and provide information to employees.
• Compliance:
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle audits and investigations related to employment practices.
• HR Reporting and Analytics:
• Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to support decision-making.
• Monitor HR trends and provide insights to senior management.
• Implement HR software and systems to streamline processes.
• Employee Engagement Activities - To conduct monthly basis

Team Handling

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Master or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications:
• Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

License/Certification:

• Professional in Human Resources (Preferred)
