Manager IR & HR is primaraliry responsible for contributing in developing a performance driven culture in the plant that is aligned to the Business goals ofthe organisation and implement various HR Inititives at the plant to enhance the overall productivity of the plant.PERSONAL DETAILS

JOB PURPOSEResponsible to enhance relationships between employees and union with the aim of building a positive and engaging working environment at the plantROLEMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for Manpower planning to ensure manpower availibility at the budgeted cost
Reviewing and analysing all manpower requisition made by the respective HOD before fullfilling the requirement
To cater to the requirements of recruiting right manpower within the framework of the values, policies, rules &
regulations of the Company.
Ensure deployment of manpower on the production line on time to avoid any downtime due to unavailibility of
Manpower
Conduct backgroud verification and physical fitness of all new joinee and validate them to avoid any future regretsResponsible for dealing with the office bearer of union & committee members on regular basis to maintain
relationship
To ensure every employee is aligned with its core business values and objectives
To demonstrate genuine care to every grevience or complaints by the employee and handle them ethically and with
unbiased objective.
Wherever needed facilitating counseling sessions to employees in conjunction with other stakeholders
Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner.
Collating and analysing employee feedback across all levels on a regular basis and revising people programs and
policies to generate more positive outcomes
Provide regular guidance & councelling to management, supervisors and employee so that grievances & complaints
are managed and resolved appropriately and keep the organisation free from any union related matters.
Complying with all regulations as per Labour Laws & Factories Act relating to State and Local Government bodies.
Represent the management on statutory matters relating to applicable Labour Laws before the concerned
authorities as and when required
Submission of various annual returns & reports/ statutory compliances.
Timely submission of applications for various license renewal, etc.
Liaise with the local authorities and administration officials including police department
Responsible for mantaining all records of satutory complaince applicaple under various labour acts
Briefing and coordinating with advocates for all legal matters
Representing the company in the court and monitoring and tracking all court cases for any criminal & civil matters
Conducting disciplinary proceedings, departmental enquires, actions, etc.
Strategise and entrench the organisation long & short term goals within the system, set KRA's & KPI's for the team.
Ensure the goals are set from top to bottom and every members goals are align with the goals of the organiation &
their individual development
Design a career development plan for the employees at SVP
Involved in effective Implementation of perfomance management system with regulary & periodic reviews to
enhance the perfomance of the employee at the plant.
Responsible to regularly conduct training need analysis at the plant to ensure employee development program is
customised to acheive better results
Manage complete employee life cycle for all SVP members
Manage the complete on-boarding, Induction & Orientation Process of all new joinee
Maintain employee files with all relevant records as per compliance
Complete all internal documentations like offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation & appraisal letters in a
timely manner and record in the employees files respectively
Conceptualize, formulate, implement HR Policies to maintain discipline and bring optimum balance between the
management expectation and the employees requirment
Ensure adherance of all defined policies & procedures at all level is done completely
Ensure policies & procedures are regularly updated as per the government compliances to avoid any legal
mitigations in the future
Ensure the members are regularly educated and aware of all the active policies & procedures followed at the SVP
Review and update polices atlease once a year

Ensure regular feedback is communicated to the vendor to enhance our relationship with them and ensure long they

Ensure all documentation, contract are legally drafted keeping in mind all legal compliances and is maintained
seperately for all vendor as requried by the law
Oversees and coordinates all necessary safety related tasks including training, inspections, internal audits, reporting
and compliance with governmental regulations.
Conduct regular awareness drive and training sessions to promote a well-educated and safety conscious work
environment
Responsible to provide a safe working enviornment to workers & staff members at the plant
Responsible to look after general administration, Insurance & overall security of the plant
Check day & night security report and take necessary actions
Give surprise visits in the night to ensure safe and discipline is maintained
Ensure necessary equipments are made availbale for everyone to maintain highest standards of safety
Ensure regular health checkups are conducted at the plant
Keep aside a well sanctioned budget for health & safety of every member at SVP
To provide complete update to the management with regular reports and reporting regarding the plant
To be an active and effective interface between the employees and the management on all employee related issues.
To advise the management on the best HR practices within the framework of the companies' beliefs, values and
objectives.
To play a supporting role in facilitating smooth functioning of the administrative machinery of the factory
Communicates and works with corporate HR on specific questions, problems or policy interpretation.
Actively involved in Monthly & Quarterly review meetings
