Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, highly organized, and an expert in HR processes. The Senior HR Manager will play a key role in overseeing the human resources functions, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and values, and supporting the development of a positive and productive workplace culture. This role will require a deep understanding of the education industry, talent management, compliance, employee relations, and performance management.Key Responsibilities:HR Strategy Development and Implementation:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the overall organizational goals and objectives.
  • Partner with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the growth and success of the educational institution.
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
  • Lead the recruitment and hiring process for key positions within the organization, ensuring alignment with institutional needs.
  • Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including educators, administrative staff, and support personnel.
  • Oversee job postings, interview processes, and hiring decisions, ensuring adherence to organizational goals and compliance with regulations.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through effective employee relations programs and conflict resolution.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives, ensuring employees feel supported and valued.
Performance Management:
  • Oversee the performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance reviews, and managing the feedback process.
  • Develop and implement programs for employee development, training, and career growth.
  • Work with department heads to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Compliance and Legal Adherence:
  • Ensure all HR practices are compliant with federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as educational regulations.
  • Keep abreast of changes in labor laws, policies, and best practices to maintain compliance.
  • Handle all aspects of employment law-related issues, including terminations, disciplinary actions, and accommodations.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
  • Oversee salary administration, benefits enrollment, and support with compensation-related inquiries.
  • Provide guidance on pay equity and compensation strategies.
Leadership Development and Training:
  • Design and implement leadership development programs that support the growth of management and supervisory staff.
  • Lead training sessions on a variety of topics, including HR policies, employee development, and leadership.
Data and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for senior management, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Track key HR performance indicators, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and outcomes.
