Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic HR Management:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management:
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to ensure quality hiring.
  • Develop and implement effective onboarding plans.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems.
  • Employee Development:
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers to address employee performance issues.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Maintain and analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Workplace Culture and Employee Engagement:
  • Cultivate a positive working environment.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and activities to boost morale and productivity.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
  • Health and Safety:
  • Maintain workplace safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement health and wellness programs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master\'s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
