### Job Title: HR Manager ### Job Overview: An HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes within an organization. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and organizational development to support the company\xe2\x80\x99s strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Recruitment and Staffing: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent. - Oversee the entire hiring process, from job posting to onboarding. - Employee Relations: - Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns. - Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and grievances. - Performance Management: - Develop and manage performance appraisal systems. - Provide guidance on performance improvement plans and career development. - Training and Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. - Implement initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth. - Compliance: - Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. - Maintain and update HR policies and procedures. - Compensation and Benefits: - Oversee compensation and benefits programs. - Conduct salary benchmarking and reviews to ensure competitiveness. - Organizational Development: - Support organizational change initiatives and culture development. - Develop HR strategies aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. - Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR role. - Skills: - Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Personal Attributes: - Strong leadership and decision-making skills. - High level of integrity and confidentiality. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Job Type: Full-time Pay: From \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
