Job Description


Position: HR Manager
Salary: Up to xe2x82xb935,000 per monthResponsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with organizational goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Handle employee relations, address grievances, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Oversee performance appraisal systems and ensure employee development plans are in place.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
  • Manage payroll, attendance, and employee benefits.
  • Provide guidance and support to management and staff on HR-related issues.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
  • Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
