Designation: HR Manager
Qualification: Bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 9+ Years
Location: ThaneRoles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Partner with senior management to understand business needs and develop HR plans to meet them.
• Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
• Design and implement performance management systems and processes.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance reviews, feedback, and employee development plans.
• Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
• Coordinate and deliver training sessions on various HR-related topics.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.
• Prepare and present reports on HR activities and performance to senior management.

Key Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in HR, with a minimum of 9+ years in core HR functions.

• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
