Responsible for all manpower / human resources requirement of the company
Planning, defining, and strategizing the hiring needs
Proactively building robust pipeline by searching and screening candidates through recruitment channels such as internal recruitment, employee referral and direct sourcing
Work closely with internal business depts to derive best fit profile and practices and creating job descriptions and interviewing
Identify channels to recruit to ensure positions are filled on time and in budget
Be good at being process and document oriented
Requirements
Proven recruitment delivery experience within a high-tech and international environment
Preferably IT recruitment expertise (Software Developers and Techno Sales profile in IT industry)
Well versed with compliances, industry standards, documentation and entire recruitment cycle.
Track record in delivering against recruitment metrics such as time to hire
Direct sourcing experience and building candidate pipelines
Excellent verbal and written communications skill
