Position - Manager HR (Talent Acquisition & HR Operations)Location - NagpurExperience -8+ yearsJoining - ASAP:\xc2\xb7 Driving the recruitment strategies for the QSR\xc2\xb7 Must have relevant experience, knowledge and understanding of QSR / Hotel / Hospitality / Kitchen staff & manpower hiring.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for hiring process (staff for - Chefs / Cooks / Trainees / Interns / Apprentice and Kitchen staff in bulk.\xc2\xb7 Interacting with various stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Weekly & Monthly MIS reports\xc2\xb7 Administering appropriate company assessments\xc2\xb7 Understanding of job portals & managing responses.\xc2\xb7 Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms\xc2\xb7 Advertising & Social networking.\xc2\xb7 Design and update job descriptions\xc2\xb7 Driving and Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job portal, professional platforms)\xc2\xb7 Advertise job openings on the company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally\xc2\xb7 Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline\xc2\xb7 Participate in job fairs, Campus Hiring and host in-house recruitment events\xc2\xb7 As the role expands the HR Manager will be responsible for the HR-Operations also.Desired Candidate Profile\xc2\xb7 Should have proficiency in handling QSR recruitments at large.\xc2\xb7 Should be well versed in handling and dealing with stakeholders.\xc2\xb7 Should have hands-on experience in data analysis & should be proficient in MS Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
