Position Type: Full-TimePosition OverviewWe are looking for a HR Manager to develop, lead and strengthen the HR function. This role requires a strategic thinker with communication skills, capable of building a high-performance work culture, implementing HR policies, and ensuring smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, training, and administration, ensuring that HR processes align with business goals.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Leadership & Policy Development

  • Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with business objectives.
  • Define and track KPIs for HR effectiveness and employee productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and proactively address policy changes.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Implement structured onboarding & induction programs.
  • Develop strategies to reduce employee attrition and improve retention.
3. Culture & Employee Engagement
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Act as an HR advisor for employees and leadership.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience.
4. Performance Management & Training
  • Establish a performance management framework with structured evaluations.
  • Guide managers on performance reviews, career development, and goal setting.
  • Design and execute an HR calendar, including structured training programs.
5. Team Management & Administration
  • Lead and mentor a 2-member team (Junior HR & Admin).
  • Oversee administration-related HR functions, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Ensure HRIS & documentation integrity for accurate reporting.
6. Compliance & Legal Adherence
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
  • Stay updated on employment laws and implement necessary HR changes.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience with one year of managerial experience.
  • Expertise in policymaking, KPI tracking, compliance, and training preferably for workforce into sales, accounts and warehousing.
  • A drive for aligning people strategies with business growth and executing best practices in Human Resource Management.
  • Good communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office Suite.
