Key Responsibilities: -Manage the entire recruitment cycle including job posting to the various platforms and sourcing, talent search, interviewing, shortlisting, salary negotiation and onboarding.
This will be a critical role as the selected candidate will be leading and responsible for PAN India offices as an HR/Admin.

Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee Payroll and Statutory Compliances and completion of PF/ESIC/Taxes payments before deadlines.
Ensure compliance with Labor Laws and regulations as and when required.
Develop and oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and evaluations.
Address and resolve employee complaints and grievances in a fair and timely manner.
Will be responsible for recruitments PAN India for the organization, on boarding to Exit formalities.
Candidate with age bracket of 35 to 45 Years.
