We are looking for an HR manager to lead and enhance the HR functions of our organization, ensuring the attraction, development, and retention of top talent, while fostering a culture of excellence, diversity, and compliance with healthcare regulations.Outcomes
In your first year with us, you will achieve the following:Talent Acquisition: Fill open positions in an average of 90 days for senior positions (managers and above, consultant doctors) and 60 days for others. Run a tight pipeline where candidates spend an average of 10 days.Talent Retention: Reduce nursing staff turnover by 20% and non-nursing by 10%.Employee Engagement: Increase employee engagement scores by 30% through strategic initiatives and feedback mechanisms within the first 12 months.Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system that aligns with AHI goals in 6 months.HR Policies & Compliance: Review, update, and ensure 100% compliance with current labor laws and healthcare regulations.Competencies

You bridge teams with clear, empathetic, and constructive communication, fostering trust and inclusivity while resolving conflicts with respect.Requirements

  • MBA with specialization in H.R.A
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Healthcare or Hospital Industry background strongly preferred
