Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees into the company culture and operations. \xef\x82\xb7 Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive employee relations. Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment through proactive communication, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution strategies. \xef\x82\xb7 Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitate professional growth and development. Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and performance improvement opportunities. \xef\x82\xb7 Training and Development: Identify training needs across the organization and design training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity. Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities to support employee development and career advancement. \xef\x82\xb7 HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records, including employee information, attendance, leave, and other relevant documentation. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies, and handle legal and regulatory issues as necessary. Qualifications: \xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree preferred. \xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the retail or apparel industry. \xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. \xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in relevant software applications.
