Key Responsibilities:Should have experience in Clothing / Appeal industry\xef\x82\xb7 Recruitment and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, includingsourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions withinthe organization.Develop and implement effective onboarding programs to ensure smoothintegration of new employees into the company culture and operations.\xef\x82\xb7 Employee Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries,concerns, and grievances, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positiveemployee relations.Foster a supportive and inclusive work environment through proactivecommunication, engagement initiatives, and conflict resolution strategies.\xef\x82\xb7 Performance Management: Develop and implement performance managementsystems to track employee performance, provide feedback, and facilitateprofessional growth and development.Conduct regular performance reviews and collaborate with department heads toidentify training needs and performance improvement opportunities.\xef\x82\xb7 Training and Development: Identify training needs across the organization anddesign training programs to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and productivity.Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities tosupport employee development and career advancement.\xef\x82\xb7 HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate HR records, includingemployee information, attendance, leave, and other relevant documentation.\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies,and handle legal and regulatory issues as necessary.Qualifications:\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Masters degree preferred.\xef\x82\xb7 Proven experience in HR management roles, preferably in the retail or apparelindustry.\xef\x82\xb7 Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures, including recruitment,employee relations, performance management, and compliance.\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and managemultiple priorities simultaneously.\xef\x82\xb7 Proficiency in relevant software applications.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to 45,000.00 per monthBenefits:
