Roles and Responsibilities
  • Recruit and On-board new hires, Conduct performance management and provide feedback.
  • Manage Payroll and benefits for employees.
  • Conducting candidate interviews and managing the recruitment process with various Recruitment Partners/agencies.
  • Employee Training and Engagement.
  • Employee Grievance Management.
  • Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, documents and reports.
  • Assisting in salary negotiations and offer management.
  • Preparing new HR policies for creating a better environment.
Skills:
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Self-Motivated, Friendly personality and Team player.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Good knowledge of MS office
  • Good written and spoken communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 16,367.30 - 58,247.35 per month Benefits:
  • Paid sick time
