We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in managing the recruitment process (60%) and overseeing various HR operations (40%). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR management.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment (60%):
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interview schedules.
• Provide a positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Operations (40%):
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations, addressing and resolving any issues or conflicts.
• Conduct performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions.
• Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Proficiency in HR software and recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
