Position Title: Manager Human Resources - Secure Parking.
Function : Human Resources.
Location: Regional Office - North , West & South
Reports To: Head Human Resources - Secure Parking Solutions.

A. Key Performance Areas
• This position is responsible for the successful management of human resources functions at Secure Parking Solutions for assigned regions.
• The Prime objective of this position is to manage Human Resources function activities of assigned region. In addition this position is responsible for lending HR related support to Operations Dept. for smooth running of Car Parking Operations of regions.
B. Key Responsibilities
Regional / Worksite Recruitment and ground staff management - Assigned Region
HR Coordinator to lead and devise strategy for mass recruitments at worksites. And staffs timely onboarding.
SPOC for all employee benefits related issues at worksites, manage end to end life cycle For staff at worksites/RO.
Travel to site Units and other site locations sort out employee grievances, on location Payroll issue management, meeting principal employer to address their queries related to SP employees on those work sites.
Onsite training and development of ground staff. Responsible for complete documentation and pre / post joining for Regional/Ground staff and site Locations.
Liaison with the operations team to solve issues arising out of attrition, indiscipline, no show at work, irregularities and in appropriate management of cash or any other sensitive aspects.
Take appropriate disciplinary measures to address any kind of indiscipline or work hygiene related issues arising at worksites.
Coordinate and liaison with client management for statutory audits and inspections liaison with Govt and Labour officers/ Commissioners to get pendency's and various certifications cleared from time to time.
SPOC for all PF, ESIC, Labour and other Statutory issues for assigned region in coordination with Head Office-HR
Responsible for various certifications and renewable such as Shop and Establishment Act and renewable of various Labour certification and licenses across assigned regions.
Responsible for statutory challans generation and submission of HR/Labour related documents to Labour and statutory compliance authorities and respective PF and ESIC commissioner's office within required Time frame.
HR MIS and Data point management of various HR related aspects at Regional office/ worksites.
Payroll and Statutory compliance management
SPOC for assigned Region Employee master data base generation and its timely updation in various data points such as HR master database, Payroll Data and HRIS modules.
Time bound Regional /Site Staff Salary Data punching and insuring its accuracy and updating salary data on salary bank accounts of the employees.
Full and Final settlement process of Region staff and sending the required data to HR at HO.
Timely working and updations on wage structure workings for new sites, updating working on new wages structure due to changes in applicable minimum wages, sharing the same to client and internal stake holders for appropriate approvals.
Timely Updation of minimum wages rate revision on salaries for employees/Unit salaries in Master payroll and salary workings.
Ensure timely generation of PF- UAN numbers, ESIC Temp - Permanent cards and various statutory and payrolls needed to be shared with HO-HR/ Employees and Clients.
Overall complete regional payroll data management for the assigned numbers of Employees and site units.
Lead and manager internal and external compliance audits under CLRA and manage required wage related documents/registers needed to be submitted with client wage billing requirements
Liaison with local Labour and statutory compliance authorities for Labour licenses and other statutory certificate requirements
Recruitment and HR OPS
SPOC and responsible for MIS generation and analysis on various aspects of HR and employee management activities in the assigned Region.
Responsible for complete data keeping and record management of all employees Including ground staff across assigned regions.
Responsible for recruitment at regional office staff level and also help in completing staffing numbers at Site locations thru mass hiring programs , and tie up and engagement of appropriate methods of Hiring.
Training and development of Regional / Site office staff in terms of employee induction and JD/KRA explaining and issuance and goal setting activities. And monitoring its progress.
HR Lead in coordination and assessment part for half yearly appraisals and yearly appraisals across all bands of employee in the assigned region.

Take Initiative and actively participate in employee engagement initiatives from Celebrating staff birthdays, to various festivals/ and employee engagement opportunity.
Team Work
• Assist the Assit. General Manager Operations in monthly billing invoices generation and follow up new wages implementation approval by clients.
• Working on achieving required HR related SLA benchmarks as agreed by the Client and Co.
• Share HR activity reports and explore any opportunities to improve the day to day workings at car park sites with OPS / Head - HR
Key Competencies required to perform the current role
Post Graduate/MBA in Human Resources Management.
A minimum of 10 - 12 years' work experience in a similar position with a successful track record of achieving results
Superior relationship building and negotiation skills with high level commitment to required HR deliverables.
Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation and achievement of HR plans in assigned budgets.
Demonstrated experience in mass hiring at locations within the agreed wage structure.
Demonstrated ability to ably lead, motivate and manage a team and inspire them to give their best to achieve desired company objectives.
Proficiency in MS office, PPT and MS Excel report skills.
Knowledge of preparing and presenting HR analysis/ data points and HRMIS reports within the required timelines.
Well developed written verbal and inter personal communication skills, including the ability to persuade, lead and close HR deliverables.
Must be good with numbers in order to analyze transactions for Understanding and training.
Meet the agreed HR targets on hiring within timelines, staff attrition minimization targets, site wise billing to salary paid targets and other agreed HR deliverables.
